Reiki.

Reiki is an energy healing system, the energy comes from the universe, like electricity we cant see it but we know its there, Reiki is there too, we just have to know how to tap into it to use it for healing. Reiki is used for emotional, mental, spiritual and physically issues, it can shorten the length of recovery time, ease symptoms, calm, relax and ground, creating a clearer mind.

Distant healing is performed about the same as if the client is present, for the same length of time, the benefits are the same as time and space has no effect on energy and it can be sent anywhere in the world. The client will often feel heat or tingling during these sessions as well.

Crystal Healing.

The purpose of a crystal healing treatment is to realign the body’s energy fields, by interacting with the aura and opening up the chakras to promote an overall feeling of ease and well-being, this is achieved by crystals being strategically placed around and on the body, the arrangements set up specific and complex subtle force field responses, the change in the energy acts to re-polarize any fields that are misaligned , which redistributes the correct energies needed to restore harmony and balance to the subtle bodies and the physical body.

Crystal healing removes negative energies, and clears the chakras; these are our energy centers and are constantly interacting with our auras to keep our energy flowing smoothly.

Chakras can be damaged or blocked through emotional upsets such as conflict, loss or accident. Fear, anxiety and stress are the most common causes of blocked and unbalanced chakras. It is the disruption of the energy balance in the chakras and the aura that creates disease in the physical body, this causes our life force energy to not be able to travel to part of the body, and when this happens something in our lives relating to that particular chakras field of influence can be felt. An example of this is an affected throat chakra, this could manifest itself in the physical body as a sore throat, or an inability to speak up for one’s self. Crystal healing is a wonderful relaxing and rejuvenating treatment with countless benefits thanks to these jewels from our Mother Earth.

Massage.

Swedish Holistic Massage uses a variety of specially developed techniques to ease tension and aching in all the different muscle groups of the body, providing effective relief from physical tensions, but by working holistically, it can bring benefits to overall health, including a reduction in stress levels and a boost to the immune system, helps improve skin and muscle tone, boost the immune system, reduce stress and improve the quality of sleep, to name but a few.

Everyday life, work, and sitting at computers, all puts stress on our bodys, and our muscles tighten, our shoulders go up and we get headaches and neck and back pain to name a few, massage helps sooth the muscles out again, takes the strain away and relaxes.

Aromatherapy Massage.

Aromatherapy uses the same techniques as Swedish Massage, but with the added therapeutic benefits of Pure Essential Oils.

The oils are blended individually for each client to suit their pacific needs,

after the initial consultation.

Only the highest quality therapeutic oils are always used.

Aromatherapy, besides smelling amazing, has many health benefits including relieving stress, acting as an antidepressant, it can boost the memory, increase energy levels, help speed up healing, reduce headaches, regulates sleep, strengthens the immune system, relives pain and helps improve the digestion.

Ear Candling.

Ear Candling, also known as Hopi Ear Candling or Thermo-Auricular Therapy, is a deeply relaxing, calming and soothing treatment offering real and marked benefits for many problems and conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat areas.

Ear candle’s are actually a cotton flax tube’s, impregnated with beeswax, honey and therapeutic oils, that are painlessly inserted into the ear to draw out impurities, relieve pressure in the head and sinuses, and aid hearing problems. Ear candles are an ancient, mild and natural therapy and have been used by the Native Americans for many centuries. The candles gently massage the eardrum and help regulate the pressure within the head including the sinuses. A treatment is very soothing and is helpful for earache, headaches, stress, nervousness, ear noise, and “dirty ears”. This therapy very effectively removes wax even from young children’s ears, including glue ear.

Ear Candling is beneficial for many conditions including; labyrinthitis, neuralgia of a facial nerve, bell’s palsy, blocked tear duct, swimmers ear, travel (motion sickness) tinnitus, hay fever, rhinitis, allergies, sinusitis, headaches, migraines, sore throats, chest infections, insomnia, catarrh, ear irritations, glue ear, snoring among others. I only use the highest quality candles, as cheap ones often have no filters, and can be dangerous, my treatments are safe, with only the best products used.
