I hope you have all been enjoying the summer, it will soon be autumn and I'm still waiting for it to warm up!

We have just come back from a lovely holiday in Yorkshire, that is the most beautiful county, I have added here a photo I took of Ingleton Falls, wonderful walk that was.

A brief look at our energy system, the chakras now. Lets take a look at our Stellar gateway chakra, this chakra is located about 4 to 12 inches above the crown at the back of the head, this chakra deals with our ancestral past, it contains and holds all the experiences we have across all the lifetimes and is a gateway to what we call as the source. In literal terms ‘Stellar’ means related to stars and ‘gateway’ means an opening that can be closed by a gate. Hence this chakra is actually a gateway to the stars i.e.: the higher vibrations.

It will also help you to recognize messages from the divine realms. When these messages are translated into thoughts, they will be sent through the entire chakra system, so that all energy centers will be notified to take action appropriately. This means that spiritual input is processed to be understood on a mental and physical level.

Unfortunately, many messages are sent to no avail, because we are not able to receive them when our chakras are blocked. It keeps us disconnected from our higher selves and any divine input. Therefore, we must keep our channels clear and the energy flowing. So what may be blocking us? Constantly repeating negative and/or destructive behavioural and thought patterns that keep us from progressing in life. Thus the memory of these patterns needs to be released, so that we can create and manifest new and beneficial behavioural structures. Once we do that, we can receive message from Spirit or Deity.

Our bodies are such amazing things, and so much of it cannot be seen with the human eye, so for those of you interested in improving your lives and discovering so much more, happy researching! And may the universe guide you.
